1. Do I need a referral to see a physical therapist? 

While you do not need a referral in order to access physiotherapy, if you have insurance coverage, your provider MAY require a Physician's referral in order to utilize your benefits. Please consult your insurance provider if you are unsure; insurance requirements vary. 

2. Do you Direct Bill?

Yes -  I am able to direct bill certain insurance providers; to inquire about your specific insurance company, please submit a booking request. 

3. What Payment Methods do you take?

I currently accept payment via cash, cheque, e-transfer, credit card, and debit visa. I currently do not accept payments via debit card.
